Mary Kathleen (“Mary Kate”) Fitzgerald is a partner at Fitzgerald Law Group, P.C. She began working in her father’s law office as a clerk, while in high school and began practicing law upon her 2011 admission to the Illinois Bar. Ms. Fitzgerald’s practice is limited to representing owners and users of commercial, industrial, and investment-grade real estate. She has represented numerous clients before local assessors, local Boards of Review, the Circuit Court of Cook County, and the State of Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board.
Mary Kate graduated from Marquette University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English and from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2011. Mary Kate is a life-long resident of the city of Chicago having growing up in the Beverly neighborhood. She attended St. Ignatius College Prep where she was co-captain of the varsity swim team.
